Their bold approach quickly allowed the company to carve out a place in the recruitment market. Over the years, Thorens has evolved, adapting to the changing needs of the professional world while remaining true to its fundamental values: excellent customer service and employee well-being.
Business Evolution
Today, Thorens is characterized by a predominantly female team, a natural evolution, but one that reflects the value the company places on diversity and gender equality, while also reflecting current labour market trends.
Indeed, since we specialize in predominantly male fields (construction, engineering, IT), we are in a position to note that women have carved out their place in the job market. And we are proud to be recruiting more and more female engineers, construction managers, IT managers, general managers, etc.
Since 2007, our recruiters have offered quality service to more than 700 clients and have placed more than 2,300 candidates.
